Metagame 2.0 - Round 1
With the Imperator ordering an official leave to regroup after united attempts within Icecrown, the Orders suddenly found themselves with time to turn their attentions and efforts inward.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Aeturnas Trinitas
Legatus Ulian not only refused to leave the airship Dalgoth this week but seems to have ordered a number of modifications be done. Work began quickly and it is estimated many of the improvements would be complete before the weeks end. After a brief conversation with Warden Mogari, Ulian sent a number of men to aid the Eternal Guard in their Dragonblight efforts, for their fair share of course. It also seems the Praefect is particularly interested in research the Tiresian Mordecaii is compiling. An unnamed sum of coin was gifted to the Order to aid in his efforts.
The Paladin Order was not without some sour news, however. In addition to finding a number of coffers picked clean, news reached their ears of a death within the Silvermoon Senate. Senator Kelnor, long time friend of Soulein, was found dead in his quarters just before dawn. His association with Soulein, and specifically his connection to Aeturnas Trinitas, have caused wary whispers about the Order to once again surface.
Knighthood of the Iconoclasts
The Iconoclasts, currently led by a Warrior known as Caldrik, had a vast number of troops ready and preparing to leave new Ry'Nath. Whatever their destination was, the army of Death Knights never arrived as transport paperwork was found lacking.
Despite this, a large amount of coin and supplies made their way to the doorsteps of the Steamwheedle Cartel and Ravenholdt. The new leadership is choosing some interesting allies indeed compared to his predecessor.
The Tiresian Order
Very little news came out of the Tiresian Towers these past few weeks. Reports do speak of an incident where a caravan, bearing the Tiresian banner and charter listing only "Research Supplies", was raided en route from Silvermoon to Dalaran. Furthermore, Tiresian sentinels were seen patrolling the streets of Silvermoon both leading up to, and after, the Magister's meeting with the Senate earlier in the week. A number of researches were also spotted entering Grizzlemaw to aid the Warden in expanding the library Deathgore left behind.
Otherwise, reports are silent of any activity other then scattered sightings of the Magister, in his signature crimson hat, chatting with the Archmages of Dalaran and Silvermoon. His usual escort, the Marshal Kysara, has still not been seen by his side for quite some time. It is said she has become completely corrupted by the orb and all efforts to save her have thus far failed.
The Eternal Guard
The Guard's advances into the lands of the Dragonblight, long considered Iconoclast Territory, may be unexpected to some but the Warden maintains he is fulfilling his duties to cleanse corruption from the lands. Rumors say the Warden is looking for something in the depths of the Old Kingdom and Azol'Nerub, but he has not confided in any what that may be. His silent brother, the Death Knight Mojari, lead the gathered forces of the Eternal Guard, Aeturnas Trinitas and hired hands. During the campaign, supply-lines from Grizzlemaw were struck by a band of death knights. It was not The Iconoclasts, however, but a contingent of soldiers bearing the banner of the Highbraun crest: Serro. While the raid was thwarted it seems it was only a distraction. Both a payment from the Cenarion Circle was intercepted and a Steamwheedle Envoy was murdered within Guard territory.
In Grizzlemaw, Mogari is overseeing the reconstitution and expansion of the library Deathgore left behind. With the Tiresian's aid, the effort is well underway.
Lord Caldrik was seen fielding new recruits at the north end of Silvermoon's Bazaar after the Lictor meeting. It is rumored that he has aquired the services of one former mercenary captain named Diazmok.
Tyraelos has returned to Silvermoon though still no sign of his comrade Alandir. Tyr spent the evening sharing a drink with Lord Solan'Thanor at the inn. It seems they departed each others company in good spirits.
The Legatus seemed heavy in thought during the meetings last evening. He only spoke up to deflect any responsibility of directing an investigation onto whom he thought would be best suited for thee job. One would have noted how much he deferred to his Praefect as they whispered their conversation to each other. It was only Lord Solanthonar that was forthcoming about the murder of his friend. Did the Legatus aim to keep this contained or moreover a secret? Perhaps not since it was fairly known that the friend of the Senator was also friend to Aeturnas Trinitas.
After the meeting, Ulian gathered what members of his order was present and discussed what business needed discussion. After which, Ulian found the Warden Mogari and invited him back to the Dalgoth. No more details more about their encounter could be discerned.
Sarafias seemed more and more disaffected by the meeting. His attitude took a notable turn as discussion turned to Serro's recent activities. Some would construe his lack of proper delegation as a sign of poor weakness, or worse, someone who didn't care about the results.
After the meeting, before he could retire for the night, he was met by Jacintah, the Argent Crusade's "enforcer." While their conversation wasn't public it was noted that Sarafias was not his usual suave and jocund lady's man around the severe mistress, and instead seemed to be on the defensive.
In other news, Mordecaii and Praefect Aora had a significantly long and public discourse concerning Serro where Mordecaii recounted numerous observations at the Praefect's urgings. There were dark whispers in the tavern as the discussion grew long, and it was evident that Aora had paid Mordecaii handsomely for this information.
Some even postulate that the money donated to the Tiresians was in fact a transaction to purchase Mordecaii's willingness to share his insights on his former master: Serro.
The discussion finished, Mordecaii exchanged a brief talk with Suriah Nightsbane in a private section of the inn.
After leaving Mordecaii, Aora was seen speaking with another gentleman. The two quickly exited the inn and continued their talk. Aora was seen in Icecrown a short time later looking rather upset.
A plummeting cat was seen exiting the Tiresian's tower balcony to the dismay of some startled Dalaran merchants before it turned into a puff of cloud and feathers and soared away on an updraft from the city's towers. The merchants were quickly consoled by their fellows, who had obviously seen the sight before and whispers of "Tiresian Ambassador... " and " likes to make an fancy exit" clashed with whispers of "Wouldnt you fly if you could?"
Later that eve, conflicting witnesses in the Undercity claim to have seen either a large shape high above or glimpses of a feline shape near the sewers. Others laugh and maintain it was only a Bat Flyer and some rats that their contemporaries saw. Some might speculate that someone or something might be looking for a trail to the missing orb and its new owner but that would be as wild a speculation as angry flying creatures haunting the flight path tunnels above the undead home.
A dark-haired Priestess has been seen going in and out of the Imperator's office within Silvermoon since last weeks meeting. Though not belonging to any Order, it seems she has been given free reign of the place and has been doing some serious "housekeeping" of the Military groups papers and records.
